先日、２回目のワクチン接種を受け、一応ワクチン接種が完了しました。
一応、というのは、変異株の感染が増えてきて、ワクチン3回目などという話も出てきて、まだ受ける可能性があるかもという不安があるからです。
1度目のワクチン接種の際は腕が重くて上がらないという症状だけでした。ですので、今回もそれほど酷くないのでは？と期待していたのですが、本当に大変でした。
しかも、授乳中で解熱剤を使いたくなかったため薬なしで過ごしたので、余計しんどかったのかもしれません。氷嚢だけで乗り切りました。
夕方に接種した後、３時間ほどで腕が重くなってきましたが、その他の症状はなかったので、安心して就寝しました。
ですが、その後、もっと酷い副反応はやってきました。まず、夜中に悪寒がして目が覚めました。掛け布団を引っ張り出してくるまっても寒い。（始め、悪寒なのかクーラーで寒いのかわからず、同室にいる娘に空調がちょうどいいのかわからず、混乱していました。）
明け方になると今度は熱くて、熱を測ると38.8度。その後１日中39度前後を行ったり来たりでした。頭痛と吐き気もあり、本当にしんどかったです。
夜になると随分楽になり、熱は37度台まで下がり、晩御飯は少し食べることが出来ました。
次の日の朝は普通に起きて、子どもと遊んでいましたが、まだ頭痛と腕の痛みが残っていました。
また、回復後、不思議なことに嗅覚が異常に鋭敏になっていて、ちょっとした匂いが気になって仕方ありません。視覚もすっきりしていて、なんだかくっきり見えやすくなったような気がします。（単に１日PCを見なかったからだけかもしれませんが）
私の２回目接種後の副反応まとめ
・悪寒
・高熱 39度前後
・頭痛 二日酔いのよう
・腕の痛み、腫れ 少し
・吐き気
・食欲不振
・嗅覚・視覚鋭敏化（熱が下がった後）
ワクチンは受けられましたか？副反応はどうでしたか？
２回目は本当にしんどかったので、まだの方は１日、２日しっかり休める日の前日をお勧めします。

The other day, I received my second dose of covid vaccine, and my vaccination is now complete.
Actually I'm not sure I've completed because with the increasing number of variant infections and the possibility of a third dose of vaccine. I am worried that I may still get another one.
At the first time I was vaccinated, my arm was too heavy to lift. That was only the symptom. So, I was hoping that it would not be so bad this time. But it was really tough.
Moreover, I was breastfeeding and didn't want to use any drugs, so I got through it with just ice packs.
About three hours after the vaccination in the evening, my arms started to feel heavy, but there were no other symptoms, so I went to bed relieved.
But then came the worse side effects. First, I woke up in the middle of the night with chills. I pulled out my quilt and wrapped myself in it, but I was still cold. (At first, I didn't know if it was the chills or the air conditioner, and I was confused because I didn't know if the air conditioning was just right for my daughter in the same room.)
At dawn, I felt hot, and when I checked my temperature, it was 38.8 degrees. After that, it was back and forth around 39 degrees all day. I had a headaches and nausea. It was really tough.
At night, I felt much better, my fever dropped to 37 degrees, and I was able to eat some dinner.
The next morning, I woke up normally and could play with my child, but I still had a headache and pain in my arm.
Also, strangely enough, after my recovery, my sense of smell had become unusually acute, and I could not help but notice the slightest smell. My sense of sight is also clearer and I feel like I can see more clearly. (Maybe it's just because I didn't look at the computer for a day.)
