私は今日、新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種の予約をしました。
職域接種でワクチン接種ができるとわかってからこの数週間ずっと悩んでいたのですが、結局受けることにしました。
ワクチン接種によって、自分が新型コロナウイルスに感染した時に重症化を防げること、社会全体としては多くの人が受けることによって集団免疫の効果が高まると言われています。
それは理解して接種を希望していたのですが、直前になるといろいろと不安になってきました。
私の悩んでいたポイントは、
１．授乳中にワクチン接種することに問題はないのかということ
２．接種後の副反応がひどかった場合に子どもの世話は誰がするのかということ
３．接種の始まる頃から少し忙しくなるので、私の免疫が下がるのではないかということ
１．については厚労省や医療機関などのアナウンスメントによると、授乳中のワクチン接種は問題ないということでした。ワクチンの母乳移行の研究によると、ｍRNAは母乳に移行しないという結果が出ているそうです。とはいえ、風邪薬なんかの場合もそうですが、100％安心して母乳をあげる気持ちになれないことは変わりないです。
２．については本当に悩ましいところです。同世代の友人や知り合いが接種を終え、副反応についての話を聞くと、躊躇してしまいます。
接種後２，３日は接種した腕が、何かに触れるだけで痛いとか、痛くて上がらないだとか。子どもを抱き上げることは難しそうです。パートナーの予定と調整して接種日を決める必要がありそうです。
３．は頑張るしかありません。
このところずっとリモートワークが続いていたのですが、緊急事態宣言解除に伴って、職場に赴いての仕事が少し増えてきました。
人に会うことでリスクは上がるので緊張感を持って行動しなければならないのと、移動で疲れると思うので、この点についてはまだ心配です。たくさん栄養を取って休息も確保し、なるべく疲れないようにするしかないようです。
というわけで、心配な点もあったのですが、何とかクリアできると判断して接種予約に踏み切りました。
両親たちは深刻な副反応なく２回の接種を終
えたようです。私もそれほど強い副反応の表れないことを願って、引き続き気を付けて過ごしたいと思います。

I made an appointment today to get vaccinated against covid-19.
I've been thinking whether I get the vaccine or not for the past few weeks since I found out that I could get one at my workplace, but I finally decided.
It is said that vaccination can prevent serious illness when you are infected, and that the effect of group immunity is enhanced when many people in society as a whole are vaccinated.
I understood this and wanted to be vaccinated, but I started to feel uneasy about many things.
The points I was wondering about were:
1. Is there a problem with vaccinating while breastfeeding?
2. Who will take care of a child if the adverse reaction after the vaccination is too severe?
3. I'm going to be a little busy from the time the vaccination starts, so I'm afraid that my immunity will be lowered.
As for the 1st point, according to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and medical institutions, there is no problem with vaccination while breastfeeding. According to a study on the transfer of vaccines to breast milk, mRNA is not transferred to breast milk. However, as is the case with other medicines, I still don't feel 100% comfortable breastfeeding.

I am really troubled about the 2nd one. When I hear about friends and acquaintances of the same generation who have had vaccinations and had adverse reactions, I hesitate.
For a couple of days after the inoculation, I hear that the inoculated arm hurts just by touching, or that it hurts so much that you can't lift it up. It may be difficult to pick up the child. I think I need to check my partner's schedule to decide the date of vaccination.
I'm going to have to do my best for the 3rd one.
I've been working remotely for a while now, but with the lifting of the emergency declaration, I'm starting to do a little more work at the workplace.
I'm still worried about this because I have to be tense because meeting people increases the risk and I'm sure I'll get tired from commute. It seems that the only thing I can do is to take lots of nutrition, get some rest, and try not to get tired.
So, although I had some concerns, I've decided to make an appointment for the vaccination.
Our parents seemed to have completed the two doses of vaccination without any serious adverse reactions. I hope that I won't have any troubles. I will continue to take good care of myself.
